In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bet8jj," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bet8jj platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the bet8jj website accessible at bet8jj.net and all sub-pages, products, services, and features offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered a bet8jj account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the bet8jj Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using Account funds on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted to a Player under applicable promotional terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency supported on the bet8jj Platform for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures bet8jj applies to all Accounts.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, session alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion functions available in every bet8jj Account.

To be eligible to hold a bet8jj Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be acting on your own behalf as an individual (not on behalf of any third party);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform;
• Not be a person from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bet8jj employee;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and KYC processes.

bet8jj reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) bet8jj Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. bet8jj will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must notify bet8jj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bet8jj cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification of compromised Account access, provided that such losses were not the result of bet8jj's own negligence.

bet8jj strongly recommends that all Players activate two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings. 2FA adds a meaningful second layer of security by requiring an SMS-delivered OTP in addition to your password upon each login from an unrecognised device.

bet8jj accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bet8jj finance team on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 2–6 hours for verified Accounts;
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast, SadaPay): 1–3 business days;
• USDT TRC20: 1–4 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation;
• Cash OTC: As agreed at time of request.

bet8jj does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bet8jj accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as bet8jj operates natively in PKR.

bet8jj reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or resolution of an open dispute. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

bet8jj offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all bet8jj promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the end of the validity period if requirements are not met;
• Maximum bet with active bonus funds is PKR 500 per spin or bet, unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms;
• Certain game categories (including jackpot games and live casino tables) may contribute at reduced rates or zero toward wagering requirements;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

bet8jj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing promotional obligations to Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will be honoured.

All Wagers placed on the bet8jj Platform are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of each Wager — including stake amount, selection, odds, and applicable rules — prior to confirmation. bet8jj cannot reverse or amend a confirmed Wager except in the circumstances described below.

bet8jj reserves the right to void any Wager, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• A palpable error in the display of odds, markets, or game parameters that a reasonable person would identify as clearly incorrect;
• Technical failure of the Platform or a third-party game provider that materially affected the fairness or integrity of the outcome;
• Evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider information affecting the relevant sporting event;
• Placement of a Wager by an Account found to be in breach of these Terms, including Accounts held by underage players or duplicate Accounts.

In the event of a voided Wager, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account balance. Where winnings have already been credited, they will be reclaimed from the Account balance. Where the Account balance is insufficient to cover reclaimed funds, the resulting negative balance must be settled before further Wagers may be placed.

All random number generator (RNG) based games on the bet8jj Platform are certified by independent testing agencies. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical means on camera and are not subject to software intervention by bet8jj.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet8jj Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances, including real-money funds held in the Account at the time of suspension:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform component;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with casino staff;
• Placing Wagers that constitute money laundering under applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers in bad faith;
• Engaging in any conduct that bet8jj reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other players.

All content on the bet8jj Platform, including but not limited to the bet8jj name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, page design, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bet8jj or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any bet8jj content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Using bet8jj branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any form without express written permission;
• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of any data from the Platform.

Third-party game content available on the bet8jj Platform is licensed from its respective providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. bet8jj makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

bet8jj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that support Players in maintaining control over their gambling activity. The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all Players from Account Settings at any time, without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, your Account cannot be used to place Wagers, though withdrawals of existing funds remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from all real-money gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

Players who have been self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new Accounts. bet8jj employs technical measures to detect and prevent self-excluded players from registering new Accounts. Detection will result in immediate closure of the new Account and referral to support services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet8jj shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to safeguard Account credentials;
• Disruption of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond bet8jj's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party provider failures;
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional descriptions.

Where bet8jj's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the lesser of (a) the total real-money funds deposited by the relevant Player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 50,000.

Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bet8jj's own gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful.

bet8jj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bet8jj Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the bet8jj registration and KYC process — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

bet8jj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of:

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the bet8jj Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory principles. bet8jj operates under international gaming standards and is subject to audit by independent certification bodies.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bet8jj, the following resolution process applies:
